Interview
HR round in the beginning on telephone followed by the technical round by senior designers and engineers and the third round with the department director and HR managers. The final round was quite long including the plant tour.

-What do you think how your ideal boss should be?
-Explain yourself as a designer trying to assimilate customer requirements.

Interview
The interview process was efficient and expedited. There was no time wasting, and communication was direct. My experience with the hiring team was positive. I declined the offer only due to external life factors that arose.
