The interview process took around three weeks. I was initially contacted by the recruiter about two weeks after applying. The recruiter was very friendly, supportive, and positive, and I had an excellent screening call with her.
I then completed two interviews with the team: a panel interview followed by an interview with the hiring manager. In both interviews, I was not asked many technical or job-related questions, and much of the conversation focused on personality fit and general small talk. Because of this, it was somewhat difficult to fully discuss my experience and qualifications for the role.
For example, the recruiter specifically asked about my experience using a WYSIWYG editor, and the interviewers asked about Confluence, but there wasn’t much in-depth discussion of my HTML or rich text editing experience during the interviews.
Overall, the process was easy and straightforward.
