The initial process starts with an informal over the phone interview. I was then invited to an onsite interview with Director and Team Manager, where I learned about the company and was able to provided information about myself and what value I bring to the company. I enjoyed that it was more of a conversation rather than an interrogation. The environment was not sterile but it was very inviting and everyone was friendly that I passed or spoke with directly. I also was able to meet with the team to learn about them and answer question about myself and work and learning style.
