Interview
The first interview step was smooth and lively. Live and interactive conversation with CBDO. Then I was given a Java KATA home task from HR. I've sent it back completed after a week as we have aggred with HR. After that there was a silence from their side. After 2.5 months I wrote a message to the same HR person that I'm deleting the repository with that homework. All I got from that was "Seen" notification from her in LinkedIn chat.

Projects I've worked with. What was the biggest project/team I've ever worked with? What were the difficulties, how could I improve that.
