Interview
They will literally just sit you down, make sure you can speak/read proper English and you will get the job. That is it, that is all. The turnover rate is fairly high, so I don't blame HR for needing a steady stream of bodies (or... voices on the phone in this case).

I was asked to read a paragraph written in English.
It was thorough and easy for a beginner straight to point has all my questions answered friendly and professional experience and environment I liked how it went and felt comfortable

Was very brief. Just 2 questions and read a line. Everyone will pass it. Do not bother prepping. Trying to fulfil the 30 word min too but after that they give you the job immediately afyer and you start the day you are available
