Initial phone interview to verify interest in salary, job description, etc., then an online interview about resume. In person interview was more rigorous and targeted towards making sure you either possess capability to do the job or are willing to learn key values and procedures.

The whole recruiting process was extremely misleading. The recruiter posted the job listing on LinkedIn said that the salary was about $60k a year. When she called me, she told me that they would definitely be able to pay at least $21-$22 an hour, and that I would be receiving gas and mileage reimbursement for driving my personal vehicle all the way out to clients. Then when I actually interviewed, the interviewer told me that this job is capped at $19 an hour, and that they do not offer gas or mileage reimbursement. I did not hear back from them, and I'm glad because this interview taught me that this is not the job for me. I think the interviewer got the sense that I was not okay with what the actual job entails. She also said I would be having 14-15 clients and I would have to see all of them in a week. I don't know how they expect one human being to do all of that and provide all these crisis intervention services without paying their employees a living wage while management lines their own pockets. Whatever you do, listen to all these reviews and steer clear of Telecare at all costs. Go to a company that values you and your work as an employee.
