Was contact by a head hunter in January 2021. After I shared interest in learning more I had a series of interviews with multiple VP’s and the CHRMO.
My point of contact the entire time was the head hunter, who I liked very much. However, this was also a point of concern for me. When the verbal job offer came from Telecare, my questions were funneled through him. I didn’t always get the response needed and throughout the negotiations things broke down. No hard feelings on my end, but I really think the Company should take over at the point of job offer. It was just a very unique situation.
Overall, the process was long, 3+ months. Now they’ll go back to the candidate search and delay their next hire until July/August when it may have worked out had the Company just spoken with me instead of through the head hunter.
