First is the online application with an assessment. The assessment is a conversation that asks you 6 questions. Next is a short phone interview, recruitment team member asks you about your availability and a 2-3 retail questions. Last interview is a video call with store manager/management team.

the Process took 4 weeks got as far as the telephone interview i strugled on the questions because of limited experiance. they also called abit later then the aranged time. make sure you prepare for the questions and have them infront of you when they call
