Multiple Interviews with different members of Management. I first interviewed with the floor supervisor, from there I did an interview with the trainer and then the Call Center Manager. The process was pretty quick and everyone was very professional. There is a clear demand for people with good attendance records and it is a benefit to have experience in this field as there are some questions about sales and customer service as well.

I put an application in one day online. I got a call the next day for an interview for the following morning. I then started training the following Tuesday. No drug testing, they even hire if you are on probation. Very easy interview. The employees all seem lively and happy. Great pay too. Also great work environment. Everything is of great quality and brand new. The chairs are even comfy and I have back problems.
