I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Telenetix (Manipal) in Aug 2015
Interview
First Round - Communication
You are expected to present your views on some topic for fifteen minutes. You will be given ten minutes to prepare for it.
The topics are simple, that helps you to gather good points for your presentation.
Your clarity and confidence of your communication should help you to win this round.
Second Round - Programming
You are expected to execute five programs one by one with increasing difficulty level mainly on Pointer concepts.
Frankly speaking I couldn't execute my first program well , So I was asked to explain the program (logic, flow , use of variables I used in the program , etc ) and that went well which qualified me for next round.
So, Not to worry if you cant execute the programs well , your program logic explanation should get you the next round.
Last Round
Truly speaking last round is much more exciting and fun than the other two. you get to actually interact with the MD and two super experienced Team Leads. This round may differ from person to person but you can make it "Resume" based by making an interesting Resume by adding your achievements (not matter big or small) in it, Including your projects you did during your learning period .
Your clear explanation about your projects, achievements or your ideas can help you in this round.
In-short, Your communication, your thinking ability and your attitude can help you win this game .
