First interview is with Human Resources. Once you interview with Human Resources if they determine you have the required qualifications then you will have a panel interview.

Theory and technical background interviews with two managers. One manager had many years experience with the employer and the other manager was himself a relatively recent hire. However, both managers were very knowledgeable concerning the position's requirements and later proved to be supportive and positive forces in the workplace. Quick hiring decision followed. HR personnel had relatively little involvement but did help facilitate the usual employment procedures.
