Had initial chat with the hiring manager and then chat with a technical support engineer. The actual interview was based on Linux simulation troubleshooting. I was given with 4 problems to solve in 2 Linux hosts within 2 hours and then need to provide a runbook of the problem and resolution after the interview for the panel to review. While i solved all the problems and gave the write-ups, they didnt hire me. Instead got the feedback 2 weeks after the interview that they hired someone else . I wish they gave a useful feedback for spending a week of interview with them and waited 2 weeks for the results.
