The environment presented was a little too relaxed and slightly unprofessional, but once you join, you understand they overwork employees and that is why they take every opportunity to catch a break. Interviewer's communication skills were atrocious. There is a round with HR and another with a Manager or Team Leader to determine which team would be a good fit.

Interview
A short written and verbal test and then a two level interview - first with the HR team and then with the Operations Manager. The interview will mainly focus on what you have been doing and the domain knowledge of your current process.
