The first interview was the typical interview checking for salary levels, past experience and skills needed for the job. Second interview was with the manager to dig deeper in job content and cultural match with team and company. 3rd round was final interview with C level person, direct manager and HR manager. Last round was driven bij HR manager taking your personality test and starting to use this information as a one way communication explaining why you are not the right fit not leaving room for interaction. Very unprofessional and never seen in my whole carreer so I stopped the interview and indicated I did not want to work for a company with such a culture and left the meeting.
