Hiring can follow two paths: 1- Internship and temporary contracts (this seem to have been frozen for quite a long time) 2- Public competitive examination (none have been announced since 2001 and it is unlikely to happen in the medium term). This competition has several qualifying parts and a final interview with external recruiting services, never the management.
