I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Teleworld Solutions (Chantilly, VA) in May 2015
Interview
Simple interview. They wanted people with Mentum Planet software knowledge which I had. So it was simple to answer their questions. Initially contacted the recruiter by email. She responded back within few days to come on site for interviews and was given offer letter after 3 days..
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Teleworld Solutions in Sept 2018
Interview
I was contacted within a day of responding to an online posting. The interviewer neglected to mention that it was a contract position until well into the conversation. They also quoted the pay as a yearly salary for a 3 month contract. When I started mentioning terms like Salaried Exempt, I think that they got a little spooked that I knew enough about employment law to call them on things and they went dark. Too many red flags from start to finish.
