It was a normal interview. Greeted you end met with you in their conference room. They take employee referrals with a good deal of weight. After completing a phone screening I had an interview a week later.

Interview
It was a pretty easy interview with behavioral questions. How have you handled a difficult situation in the past? How do you deal with a co-worker who you don't get along with? Describe a situation where you had to deal with an unhappy customer. It was an entry level position so there were no technical questions.
