The interview process began with a phone interview, and they reached out right away, which made the process feel smooth and organized. The second interview was in person, where we went over my responses from the first interview in more detail. Throughout the process, they were very attentive and responsive to any questions I had, which made me feel supported and valued.

supposed to be 2 interviews but i was brought in for 3. Then generic email saying they decided to pursue other applicants, which I wouldn't of taken this job if offered after seeing how they handled the interview process.
