The questions they asked didn’t seem completely in line with the description of the position. They seemed nice but like they did not have strong internal communication. 2 of the people had 1 understanding of the position and the other 2 had a different understanding. Honestly they questions felt like I was interviewing for 2 different roles.
The interview was on zoom, and was surprisingly more formal than what a lot of modern interviews are
