I applied online. I was scheduled for an interview after 2 days. The company offered several guides to prepare for their interviews.
I felt that both went very well, but was rejected. The 1st interview was for coding in a language of my choice. I did two solutions after my first didn't work out. The interviewer indicated they liked my second solution, but only mentioned my first (non-working) solution as feedback.
The design interviewer asked detailed questions as expected, and I was able to answer them clearly. But then they stated I didn't go into detail about the exact problems that I answered!
Both interviewers were very quiet and reserved, not easy to make a conversation with. This company seems to want mind readers!
