I was interview by two male managers. They interviewed went well. They asked the norm questions "tell me a little about yourself" "What do you want in pay" etc. Go prepared. I answered most questions because I came in know about the company and what they offered. That helps any interview to go smoothly.

The interview process is a two-step process. You will come in and actually meet one of the managers on your first visit, sit and have a talk about yourself, etc. It is very laid back. If you make it to the second interview, then you'll do the same thing with the shift supervisor. You make it past that and they like what they hear, then you will be offered the position. But come prepared to train...you don't just sit around and do nothing.
