First round: Recruiter screen Second round: HM Screen Third round: Takehome technical I was dropped after the takehome technical in favour of other candidates. This job has now been reposted 5 times in the following ~5 months so I have no idea what sort of person they are looking for nor if this is even a real job at this point. Slow walked my application to let other applicants catch up but evidently declined to hire any applicant now multiple times over it seems.

Stay away from applying for a role at this company! Completely unprofessional. The process included an initial call with a recruiter, a case study, and interview with the hiring manager. The case study was pretty difficult, including intensive coding that took multiple days and hours. The interview with the hiring manager was also pretty intensive, and the recruiter provided incorrect information on the nature of the interview. The recruiter told me I would hear back within a week, and after that, I followed up to which I did not receive any response. I think if we don't get an offer, they should at least inform us rather than simply ghosting, and they also need to be more transparent as to what they look for. Seems like the HM wants only overqualified candidates even though the nature of this job was a perfect fit. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone apply here.
