I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tenaris (Houston, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was interesting, we were given a set of legos to describe our dream job. Then a case study followed by some QA (in group). Overall the interview was not bad at all, but I didn't like the recruitment process. The took long to answer emails, I was supposed to another interview and they never emailed back to confirm it, even though they scheduled before I left. I emailed them a couple of weeks after that and they said they decided not to hire, but they never bothered to let us know. Something I definitely not appreciate.
I applied online. I interviewed at Tenaris (Pindamonhangaba) in Aug 2025

Por que voce gostaria de fazer parte do time da Tenaris?
There's an online interview where you use a platform to answer questions. You read each question briefly and get 2 minutes to answer. I'm new to this interview style, and it's quite interesting.

Introduce yourself Some general behavior questions...
From the initial stages of recruitment to the final phase, everything proceeded smoothly, demonstrating the efficiency of the process. However, it was in the concluding stages where I encountered some unexpected obstacles. Despite these challenges, the hiring team displayed exemplary support and dedication, ensuring that the process remained seamless and ultimately successful. Their assistance proved invaluable in navigating the final hurdles and achieving a positive outcome.
