Interview
The interview process was very streamlined! The worked quickly to set up times to speak with the recruiter, director of operations and clinical director. The tour and shadowing of the studio was a great opportunity to assess your work environment.
First, an easy conversation with a recruiter. Then, spoke with someone from operations - pretty standard interview Q&A. The final interview focused on clinical judgement and managerial skills, and I was presented with scenarios to role play.

Shown a radiograph of work clinical issues, was told to pretend it was an associate dentist, role play how you’d handle the situation.
