Tengizchevroil interview questions

The interview went in 2 stages, it was okay, they explained me the work process, and their expectations. Second interview was mainly about them asking situational questions, the question i will list below.

During the covid period interwiew was on Teams. Had 5 people, started from my presentation of myselft and experience. After that team lead explained position and interviewers started asking questions. Had a 30 minutes, when HR requested why I want to join Company and explain my strong and weak points.
