First the bad part. THEY GHOSTED ME. very rude and unprofessional. A short 15 minute call followed by a 30 minute zoom interview. It went fairly well but because of the generous pay package there was too much competition and I lost out .. probably due to lack of full time year round call center experience.. and one question I kind of bombed on.. knew it was a slim chance I was their number one pick.. but really.. inexcusable not to just send a short email back with a rejection.. they completely ignored a polite email 1 week later completely ignored a polite phone message 9 days later completely ignored and did not answer an email 2 weeks later ..and then 17 days later took down the position from their job board. .. no answer and just rude and unprofessional not to give some indication.
