Interview
I had two interviews, a one on one and a group interview. Following the second interview, I was given an exercise to perform which exhibited my knowledge of Accounting and financial statements. Very intensive process. Everyone was pleasant and open throughout the process.

Most of the questions were standard, however, the exercise I was given as a finalist was unexpected. I was asked to create a set of financial statements, including analytical information, to exhibit my knowledge.
