From the entrance interview to onboarding, I felt the process was quick but thorough. The steps as a prospective employee were the application, ATS (if applicable), entrance interview over the phone, an editorial test, an hour long video interview, review, and the final decision. My experience with the recruiter was very pleasant and professional. She guided me through each step of the process and helped facilitate my onboarding. The interviewers will be senior members of the team you will be joining. I interviewed with two people along with the senior recruiter who acted as a moderator, and everyone was exceedingly nice, knowledgeable about the role, and asked relevant questions about my background, experience, and personality. At the time I was offered the role, I had been in various stages of the interview process with several tech companies. I withdrew my application from the others, even with the prospect of a slightly higher income, on the basis of how Terakeet interviewed and the potential career development within the company.
