I had 2 interviews. The first one was with HR which went about quickly - mostly standard questions about motivation and intent. I was given an assignment to solve in a week which I did and was invited for a technical interview. The first part was mostly about ML concepts like supervised, unsupervised methods and the second part was live programming in Python. The interviewer was friendly and helped with hints when I felt stuck. I had another offer in hand but I really liked the work at Teraki and wanted to join them. Even after mentioning this twice I never heard back from them for almost 2 months. I got a response after 3 months or so if I started the position from someone who is higher up in the company. I promptly sent a response but once again did not hear back anything. At least a little respect for candidates' time would be appreciated.
