I interviewed with Terra Alpha in Spring of 2021. The process seemed smooth at first, starting with a screening call and then a zoom interview, but quickly dissolved into a super disorganized string of interviews. Everyone is really nice, but they clearly could not execute appropriate decision-making tactics.
