I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Terra Gallery (Dublin, OH)
Interview
Interviewed in 2021. The interview went on for four whole hours. He spent the time showing me all of his work and ideas as well as the space. He asked for me to immediately hop on to commission projects. He asked my willingness to work on a health food bakery he was running out of a closet in the back. He hugged me multiple times during the interview which as a 20 year old was a little strange, He hired me on the spot and what really threw me off was when he was asking me to sign the contract he specifically asked me not to read the Glassdoor reviews. RED FLAG!!!

I applied online. I interviewed at Terra Gallery (Dublin, OH) in May 2020
Interview
Awkward, the manager discussed other applicants' qualifications in a demeaning and disrespectful way. Was told that the job also entailed running the owner's food company, which was a surprise addition to the role.
