Interview
They flew me to Austin, TX and we spent the day asking some questions and sightseeing in the Austin area. I meet with employees in one of their sister offices and we visited current project sites to get a feel for the scale of work they they perform. I was also given a tour of the office and met the employees in the office for dinner.

Interview
They conducted an Online interview. The questions were mostly behavioral questions.
They also asked a few questions based off the description in my resume.
The interview lasted about an hour.
The interview was virtual and informative. The two interviewers were extremely nice and welcoming. It was a very casual environment, which made the interview easier. I recommend asking a lot of specific questions.

Met at a job fair and became interested. They posted the position on their website and, after applying, asked for a video interview where we discussed the company and position responsibilities.
