The first interview was conducted online.
The first question was how I planned to get to the office in Louven.
I got the impression that they weren't expecting to hire people who don't live near Louven. The interviewer herself lives there.
I also got the impression that they only hire Flemish or Dutch speakers who speak English, even though they wrote that only English proficiency was mandatory. They let me speak Dutch and concluded that my level was insufficient.

Schnelle Organisation von Vorstellungsgespräch. Alles innerhalb 2 Woche erledigt.
Erstes Gespräch mit HR Specialist und dann mit dem Abteilungsmanager. Normalerweise wird auch ein drittes Gespräch angeboten, um das Team kennenzulernen.
Die Rückmeldung kam schell und mir wurden klare Informationen über den Vertrag gegeben.

Great connection with the Talent Management team followed by interesting interviews with the business leaders and internal HR teams after which open and transparent feedback was shared.
