There was only one interview. I was given rapid-fire technical interview questions at the beginning and the rest was behavioral/resume questions. Just talk about your work and project experience and study up on fundamental engineering problems.

Question 1
Give me an example of how you worked with different cross-functional teams in a work environment?
There was only one 30 minute interview with a senior engineer. There was not a presentation requirement and only talked about resume experiences and a couple of technical abilities and questions.

Question 1
Asked about resume experiences and few technical questions
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tesla in Jun 2025
Interview
I have one 30-minute interview with the manager, 2 technical questions, and "Why Tesla?", Of course you would have to know the ins and outs of your own projects, the interviewer threw me a curve ball about one of my projects that I had no idea how to answer, interviewer seems to appreciate that I took my time approaching the problem methodically (like 1-2 minutes of thinking). The interviewer told me to expect a second-round panel interview, which never occurred. The application-to-interview timeframe was 2-3 weeks, and the interview-to-offer timeframe was 1 week. Pre-interview, I had to fill out a questionnaire; pre-offer, I have to fill out another questionnaire with study/work experience.
