It's kind of a lengthy process. You fill out an online questionnaire, they interview you on the phone if they like you. You have to pass an online typing speed exam and a series of multiple choice questions. If they like you, you will be invited to an actually interview--usually a panel, consisting of about 3 people. Pretty fast decision whether they will hire you or not.
