I got this interview by referral and there are two technical interview via Microsoft Team, one for 45 min and another for 30 min. The interviews take two weeks in total.

Both are focus on my research experience about electrochemical measurements. Also asked behavior questions like why tesla, why you interested in this team?

The interview process was straightforward, mainly focusing on my background, previous projects, and my familiarity with working in a PLC-based environment. It was a comfortable and conversational discussion. And also some python related questions

Interview
The interview asked details about projectes that I worked on and asked questions about some fundamental knowledge about electrochemistry. It was straight forward and it seemed I didn't meet the requirement.
