I only had a 30 min technical interview, with very little talk about my experience or resume. The interview went through many mechanics of materials and mechanical design questions it was mostly first principals based.

Question 1
For mild steel, describe the stress-strain curve and the important points of interest on the curve.
How does the curve change if we increase the hardness of the steel via heat treatment?
I was contacted by a recruiter and then asked for interview availability. We scheduled a 30 minute slot via Teams. Overall the process was smooth and scheduling was pretty easy.
