Initially referred to by an ex-colleague who had moved to Tesla a couple of years ago. First contact was thorugh email asking if I would be interested in a position at Tesla. Performed a couple of phone interviews which were equally spit between describing the role and asking questions on my background etc. They had a recruitment drive in my local city in which I was also invited to, which consisted of 3x 45minute interviews which different managers that I would be interfacing with. The only stange part was that I was not the only one being interviewed in the room at the same time. After this I had to write two short essays: The first was about the decisions I had made in my career and why. and the other was describing why I would be an exceptional candidate for Tesla. Then there was one final interview with the VP of vehicle engineering
