Interview
After passing the presentation, they sent me a huge take-home design challenge. I spent 40+ hours finished it. Then they ghosted for 2 weeks coming back saying no longer proceeding with the role. Stupid company. Designers, never interview/work for this company.
Two inital phone screenings, then all day in person panel interview starting with a presentation of a project I have worked on followed by 5 one on one technical interviews.
