Interview
1 on 1 interview with job recruiter. Sitting down and answer questions about your past experiences and job qualifications. They ask some behavioral questions and why i want to work for this company.
It didn't go very well. The interviewer was kind of rude and disappointed. She didn't like the answers I was giving and got pissed off. It was quick and fast, I didn't apply for that position but got a mail from the company asking my availability to schedule a interview.

Interview
Expect to be interviewed with 20 other people. You show up, sign in, and they take you on a tour of the factory. Then they have you wait while a monotonous tesla promo plays on the big screen in front of you. You are given a brief opportunity to ask any questions you have to an Tesla employee standing at a podium on a stage in front of you. Cue the monotonous promo again while you wait for your name to be called to go to an interviewer. I was interviewed with one other person, where we were both asked the same questions and each given opportunity to respond
