I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tessella (Abingdon, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
The first stage of the interview is to complete an online form including providing work experience and a CV. This stage was typical of that of other companies.
I was then invited to a first interview at the Abingdon office. The interview comprised small talk, followed by some questions about my work experience and soft skills, as well as a section testing my programming and IT knowledge. I was then asked about my preferred work location, start date and pay.
