Interview
Standard interview with scenario based questions with a panel of interviewers.
Mainly customer service based with a slight emphasis on application use and technical knowledge.
Second round was a team for round to see how my values aligned with the company.
There were three separate interviews. The first is with the Hiring Manager and department head. The second with a group of three peers to assess the company culture fit. Third with upper leadership for final assessment.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Tessitura Network (London, England) in Nov 2021

Competency based questions.
Follow up video interview to assess culture fit.
Each interview lasted about an hour with the opportunity to ask questions at the end.
