The company interview process is like a piece of playground equipment, called a Teter-totter. They will post ads for the position. They will tell you they have work over the phone, but when you show up, they have none. They will tell you they have enough work for a second interview, but they will change their minds at the last minutes. The interviewers are like dartboards that talk. When they promise compensation for your job trip, they will pay out below the minimum IRS required payouts for mileage. Obviously, it appears they are looking for someone with as little experience so they can pay as little as possible.
