      Key Accounts Manager Interview

      15 Aug 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Tetra Pak

      Interview

Efficient, initiated by direct manager rather than HR ... followed by department Director . then was the personality test / presentation skills / and panel interview including handling pressure and ability to develop strategic thinking via quiz ..... last interview was with MD before an offer submitted. Offer submitted via recruiter.... lack for detailed offer including benefits and package , it was more of general offer about Salary ....etc the good part about the process is that it include you in the business of the company slowly, meaning it explain the business and mentality of how things done especially that its a B2B business with no direct consumer interaction
