After applying online, I received an email from TetraPak a few days later inviting me to a video interview, but the video interview was actually 5 pre-recorded questions from random team members. I would have to record my answer for each question, so I never actually got to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager. Their interview invite email (that's a no-reply email address) states that their video interview tool does not replace human intervention, however it definitely does since I never spoke to anyone from the TetraPak team or received any feedback as to why I wasn't selected to move forward. This was a job I was excited about and I even messaged the recruiter on LinkedIn but never heard back. I was very disappointed in the interview process.
