interview process is easy and short time for urgent hiring on my position
they ask about my knowledge in welding works and if i'am willing to work their company,
and they offer me a package and they ask me if i take it or agree on their proposal package

References, personal references play a role. You need to be diplomatic in negotiating salary. Interview will not be vey professional. Interview is usually casual and informal. You need to know someone in the company.
