Teva Pharmaceuticals interview questions

Two stage interview with recruiter and hiring manager focused on experience with the tools used, data modelling and stakeholder experience. Friendly and engaged but vague and unclear about job responsibilities

The position was posted as hybrid with the office location in North Wales PA or Parsippany NJ. Multiple round interviews I believe 5 not including the phone screen. Some interviews had multiple people on the pannel. It appeared the bulk of the Analyst team was located in the North Wales office with their direct report located in the NJ office. Asked about tenure and how they came into their roles and how they liked the company. Genuine positivity and long tenures. Various previous diverse backgrounds evidence of fast promotions. Evidence of trainability for the role. The team's direct report when I interviewed them, revealed they had a tenure spanning decades with the company and the industry. Excellent job security. The interviews traveled up the chain of command to a VP and ended with a Senior accountant. I learned the entire life cycle of processing Medicaid Claims up to collection of funds. I learned how they're batch processed. How different states operate. How certain claims need may need deeper inspection and what that manual process might look like, and what to look out for. I learned about each person's role I interviewed with. Exactly what they did in their role. How a Medicaid Claim Analyst may interact with them in their role. Ultimately the final interview concluded with a Senior Accountant. I learned how funds are collected, the type of accounts they managed. How all funds are reinvested into the business, used for expenses, growtu, expansion, and saved/invested. I learned this information by asking questions and engaging with each interviewer. I did so to fully understand the role as best as possible as I would be coming in with little experience. Although, I felt the interviews were going well after the 3rd interview I felt I was being strung along. Ultimately I was ghosted. The role was reposted only for the Parsippany NJ office location but still hybrid.
