I was first asked to respond to a fake customer ticket, responding and providing an answer to the best of my knowledge. This exhibited my customer service skills. I was then interviewed over the phone, and was asked to walk my interviewer through the process of making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. This was to test my customer service skills further, examining my ability to clearly and concisely articulate the steps to reach a goal or solution. Lastly, I was brought in for an in person interview, which was fairly informal and personal, highlighting some personal skills that may help me succeed in the position.
