I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Texas A&M University (College Station, TX)
Interview
First, had a procedural behavioral interview. Was then asked many questions about the subject I was to take up. I was asked to work out problems on the board and then walk thorough the problems step by step. Then, there was a group interview in which the panelists each asked me separate questions
The interview was processed by ZOOM. There were two professors and they asked me 5-6 questions. It took approximately 15-20 minutes. The interview experience was great. They were warm and made me comfortable,
I interviewed with administrators from my department that I was familiar with. It seemed like they had already chosen me from the start and the interview was a formality. They asked all of the typical interview questions, and we spent time talking about where they needed help and what the expected job duties would be.
