Initial screening with recruiter at L.K. Jordan & Associates. Two in-person "conversational" interviews with VP and specific team I would be working with. Took CORE PEP assessment, background and drug test. Entire process took about three weeks. The manager does take his time to make sure new hires fit in the culture of the overall group.

batch/blend systems, bulk chemical distribution and DI water systems, including industrial waste collection and abatement equipment. Provide uninterrupted flow of Bulk Process Chemicals and Slurry supply to Fab 25 production tools. Troubleshoot and identify system problems associated with ACSI VP4300, FSI 6300, Mega/Kinetics Slurry pumps and maintain adequate back-up pump inventory. Pull and prepare chemical samples for SPC, and monitor data from Mega Trend Auto Titration, Metrology systems, and PMS Facility Net for online Liquilaz and Liquipure particle counting systems, and document / report any out of specification activity. Perform Analytical for Slurry Batch concentrations on Mettler Titration, and perform and close preventative maintenance work orders, permits, and pass-down activities via MP2 Data-stream software.
